I hope I have better luck than Bryant. His car will be a monster for sure though. My hp and tq are over 600 easily to the ground and we are running a very safe tune to preserve the internals.

I look forward to seeing this build develop. See you guys back at the mile.

Ben.

We offer a 1 year warranty. Most important items to upgrade are the rods, head studs and head gaskets. There are other procedures that we perform / machine on the case, heads and oil pump as well to make the engine live at the extreme power levels.

I guess I better update this thread since the engine is nearly done Since the last post, we have completed all of the machine work including our CNC port work to the heads. The case has been modified, upgraded and prepared. Our 12mm head studs are installed and our lightweight billet crankshaft has been installed. We have this engine to complete as well as 4 others before Texas Will be some long days in nights in our future

Nice pics Todd. What Pistons do you guys use for this build? Water boxes and rods look very nicely put. Looking forward to hear the numbers from the Mile my friend. Art

Getting close to firing this beast up. Here are some photos of the engine assembled and getting ready for installation. There are SOOOO many final details on an engine build such as this that are very time consuming. There is a ton of fabrication work to get all of the OEM components to work with our GT3 intake manifold conversion. Typically on a build such as this, smog is not a concern, however we incorporate all of the OEM smog equipment so that if smog is required for registration, this engine can be fitted with catalysts and get through the emissions test. Other items to note that we custom build are as follows:
· turbocharger oil feed lines w/ custom machined adapters
· turbo oil sump tank vent lines w/ custom machined adapters
· turbo oil scavenge lines w/ custom machined adapters
· turbocharger water cooling lines w/ custom machined adapters
· wastegate boost lines
· stainless turbocharger mounting braces - Ones located on top of the engine
· stainless turbocharger hangers
· aluminum fuel pressure regulator mount
· aluminum boost controller mount
· aluminum smog pump mount
· oil filler neck mount
· all fuel lines to and from the fuel rails including the fuel cross over line w/ custom machined adapters
· fuel cooler delete
· machined AC line adapters (needed for fuel cooler delete)
· machined aluminum OEM FPR block off
Other details to note:
· Full Zeitronix Zt-2 wideband Datalogging system
· 10 bar electronic fuel pressure sensor monitoring
· 3.5 bar absolute MAP sensor (boost) monitoring
· EGT monitoring probes in both header collectors
· Wideband O2 sensor monitoring in both header collectors
I will post the full specs in another post. Feel free to ask any questions. Enjoy!
