The inners and outers are 6061 aluminum and heat treated to T6 hardness. I believe they are spun.

There is certainly nothing wrong with Heat treated 6061 inner and outers.
My question concerns the TUV and JWL standards. I have not seen a spun outer that has a safety bead "hump". This is a strict requirement to meet both TUV and JWL homologation standards.
If these spun parts do comply, I believe it to be an industry breakthrough.
If so, my congratulations!

BTW, the wheels look really cool!

I was told it met both standards so I will assume if that is a requirement to meet the standards than it does.
