OK, fair enough.
However, if the wheels are TUV approved, each design will have a certificate number. It must be literally be stamped into the wheel.
My friendly advice is to carefully inquire about the safety bead issue and ask for paperwork on the approvals. If they have the certificates, posting them here will be huge cred for Klassen.
