EVolution Turbo 997 – EVT850

After nearly 8 months of development, testing and tuning, we have completed the latest generation of our 997 turbo EVT Performance Systems, the EVT850. The EVT850 process began with a complete engine development approach which addresses all aspects of the 997TT engine including internal strengthening. Our complete approach to developing this level of performance comes from our vast knowledge, technical experience and absolute comprehension of the 997 turbo power plant and vehicle as a whole. Our years of accumulated knowledge are the backbone of our engine development program which has been perfected with extensive engineering and hundreds of engine builds. Our methods behind creating the ultimate Performance Systems include a systematic approach which maximizes strength, reliability and optimized performance for today, tomorrow and for years to come*

*There are many companies that don’t believe in OUR method of reliable engine development. Installing bolt on components that are haphazardly constructed and are not well developed or tested is the type of shortcuts many so called “tuners” take. This inexperienced approach is what causes very costly catastrophic engine failures. When one of these engines lets go, the damage created is far more expensive than the cost to build it properly from the beginning. If someone is looking for a “HP number” and doesn’t care about how long the engine will last, then we are not the right company to build their Porsche. If someone is looking for a Performance System that has been meticulously engineered, has had systematic analysis conducted, engineering, extensive testing and tuning where all aspects have been developed in house from start to finish, EVOMS is the only choice.


EVT850 Engine Components:
• EVOMS GT30R Turbochargers w/ CNC Machined High Flow 76mm Billet Compressor Wheels
• EVOMS CAD Engineered - 321 Stainless Steel GTR Stepped Headers
• EVOMS CNC Machined Stainless Steel Metric Oil Feed Line Adapters
• EVOMS Turbocharger Water Cooling Kit. Adapts to OEM water system – No Modifications
• EVOMS Engineered and Fabricated Lightweight 70mm Exhaust System with HJS Catalysts
• EVOMS High Flow Turbocharger Air Feed Ducts with Boost Recirculation Ports
• EVOMS 70mm High Flow Aluminum Y-Pipe with Boost Recirculation Ports
• EVOMS EBDV-90 Billet Aluminum Boost Recirculation Valves
• EVOMS High Efficiency ClubSport Intercooler Upgrade – 40% more efficient than stock
• EVOMS Silicone Boost Hoses
• EVOMS Carbon Fiber V-Flow Air Induction System with Twin 127mm Venturis
• EVOMS / IPD Intake Plenum W/ Large 83mm Throttle Valve
• EVOMS / SRE Street Clutch System w/ #3850 Clamp Force
• EVOMSit EVT850 ECU Performance Upgrade w/ SP and IST – Programmed without VTG Functions
• Electronic Boost Controller
• Electronic Boost Gauge – Replaces OEM Sport Chrono

EVT Stage 1 Bottom End Strengthening Components:
• EVOMS Machined and Balanced Carrillo Connecting Rods
• EVOMS H-11 Tool Steel 230KSI Tensile Strength – 10mm Head Studs
• EVOMS “Hell-Fire” Viton Coated Stainless Steel High Pressure Head Gaskets

EVT Stage 1 Bottom End Assembly Procedures:
• Complete disassembly of engine down to the crank
• Inspect, size, spec out all parts including: crankshaft, pistons, valves, guides, cams, springs, etc.
• Inspect for unusual wear, measure all wear components to determine if they are within specifications and address any problems
• Sonic clean components and prep for re-installation
• Inspect valve train and re-seat valves with hand lapping method
• Install new GT3R racing high flow oil pump (machined for proper clearance)
• Install OEM crankshaft, intermediate, rod and main bearings
• Install OEM rear main and front crankshaft seals
• Install EVOMS machined and balanced Carrillo Connecting Rods
• Install EVOMS H-11 tool steel head studs / hardware & torque to EVOMS specifications
• Install EVOMS “Hell-Fire” viton coated stainless steel head gaskets
• Install new OEM o-rings, seals and associated gaskets
• Build bottom utilizing OEM & EVOMS developed high power building procedures
• Time camshafts utilizing OEM timing tools
• Install all associated induction / top end components with new gaskets / seals
• Secure all vacuum / pressure lines as required for high power applications
• Dyno test and tune

Other internal upgrades such as intake and exhaust camshafts, 5-Axis CNC head porting, 3.8L conversions and performance systems built to 1000+ HP are also available. Inquire for more details!!!

Yes, AWHP and AWTQ. That was low boost. We will test higher boost levels next week.

My God! I still think my GT660 kit is violently fast. I can't imagine what that car feels like. I am so lucky to be living in the same city as EVOMS. I frequently make excuses to stop by, say hello and walk around.

One simple question. Since it won't be using the VTG's, shouldn't it be called a GT850 instead of an EVT850?
