Anyone tell me what body kit this is?

Randomly saw this on an Avatar... I think its gorgeous but I can't quite make out what kit/company it is?

Almost looks like Techart Rear Wing? But is it the full Techart package?

It's our TechArt GT Street RS conversion for the GT2. We also have one available for the Turbo called the GT Street R. It's similar to the original GT Street package but the bumper has been modified with a more aggressive carbon splitter, carbon canards and air brake ducts. It also has a full carbon hood that integrates the front bumper air vent. The rear bumper has been modified with a more efficient diffuser and an engine vent. The wing has been modified with carbon end plates and carbon gurney flap. Here are some more pics:
