Then an EVOMS GT700 is what you want.
It's the fastest most reliable bolt on package on the market.

If you're going for something like Luis suggested it's a good idea to upgrade your suspension as well to some quality coilovers. Brakes might need some upgrades as well.
It's a slippery slope.
