A Real Deal Diff.

Not everyday you see a Porsche Motorsport Diff torn apart on the table, so I figured I would share it with the masses. This Diff is out of our 997TT Project car and it is out to be re-ramped for more comfortable street use. We believe building the car around the driveline is key, not only for a road car but for our pro cars as well. Enjoy the pictures and please ask questions. We offer a Motorsport Diff built to your driving needs.... feel free to email or pm me for pricing.

This is a not just a diff... it is made to be torn down and rebuilt to different specifications depending on driver preference/car/track... you name it... pretty trick stuff. When you work with lots of power, getting it to communicate with the ground is key.

Thanks for posting... After seeing the gear layout it makes more sense how it works.

Is it as easy to change the gearing as an old 9 inch or is there more work involved?

A little more difficult than that... these race diffs react stronly to being out of tolerance.

Thanks for the feedback. That was what I kind of thought. I had suspected that if not aligned almost perfectly it would pretty much eat itself.
