November To Remember Sale! (b&m)

I have a B&M on my SRT-10 Viper and the shift throw, and feel was greatly impoved. I can "almost" shift with the flick of the wrist. I say "almost" because the VIPER shifter is really heavy and notchy.
I imagine with a Pcar and B&M, you will be able to breathe on the shifter and end up in the next gear! lol

Eric - LM for at office.
I am getting it installed for $150.00 from a Porsche Tech. Is this something that is pretty simple? Or not worth the $150 savings?
Anyone can chime in. I am mechanical but don't know if I like to do it in the cold garage
Thanks.

I did it myself and I'm not the best with DIY stuff. Only thing is you don't want to mess up or break anything trying to remove the console which can be a major PITA. It took me about 2 hours to do it, but if I had to do it again it would probably take less than an hour.

Good then you can help!
I might just pay the Porsche tech to do it at the shop for $150 bones if I don't get around to it.
Do you like the shifting on it much better?
I had it on my 996 Turbo but I thought it was tight but solid. Could have used a little more weight on the shift knob.
