REPORT: Suspension upgrades with Bilstein + GMG
#21
Alex - do you know the difference between the Club Sport Damptronics compared to the US Bilstein Damptronics?
Great picture documenting
Looking forward to your review. I just raised my suspension up 15mm previously. I had a problem with transition from left to right and around hard turns. The car would feel unplanted and turn in was not sharp and smooth. I had it pretty much slammed and most likely below recommended specs. Although I have a small gap between the tires and the fenders the car handles much much better and is a little more compliant.
Can't wait for your review..

The difference between the Clubsport and non-Clubsport is that the Clubsport is the suspension system concentrated to the fast-road or track day user, where as the non Clubsport is more for the comfort handling. Going for these suspension systems, we would only suggest the Clubsport version
As mentioned, I have gone for the Clubsport version. Everything is apparently on now apart from the front two wheels.
Center Gravity will do all the corner weighting and alignments by end of today, and then we can test drive tomorrow.
Also, my new Michelin PS2's will be coming tomorrow so I can directly compare worn Bridgestone's vs new Michelin's, before and after.
