Need some advice on TT purchase

Congrats on the baby Thomas. It seems you're having three new additions to the family 
I think the market is REALLY soft on these cars. There are some dealers that are willing to deal better than others. Locally, I think Walters is the best place as far as pricing goes, but their selection is limited. It seems that you've already specd yours and it's on its way. I would definitely ask for at least $10K off; even more if you're going back to the dealer your bought the GTS from.
P.S. If you buy black, PLEASE PLEASE have us do a New-Car prep before taking delivery. I don't want to see swirls and scratches from the dealer doing their "detail"

I share this exact same sentiment. There are alot of GREAT '07 and '08 TT's on the market.

I'm beginning to rethink the purchase in light of the heavy depreciation factor...perhaps looking at a used TT is the right call...for $151K, I can start to consider another GT3 RS (I miss my old one a bit)...
