What chance would the GT3 have if it was modified with an air intake, exhaust headers and ecu tuning, against a stock 997 turbo ?

No not cool at all.
However that looks like it might be a merging lane, or one of those slower vehicle lanes.
Notice the vehicle they passed was a Murcie.
