No issues with the car. I had a 2006 and now a 2007. There are a few vital F430 campaigns.......make sure they have been completed or have them done if not. These are the campaigns:
- Oil filter guard install.
- Exhaust bracket cracking and has been upgraded.
- Transmission mount breaking and has been upgraded.
- Union change in clutch pump for manual transmission only.

I have sold many 430's and have heard of very little problems. As stated before make sure the campaigns are done. Make sure you get in writing from any dealer exactly what comes with the car in terms of Books and Keys.
