Found a 360 with a stick.....

You might consider a 430 instead of the 360 if you want to try a Ferrari with a stick shift.
I had a 360 with a stick, it was a great car, but the 430 I owned after that was better. Also, since the 360 is belts, you need to do the cam service every few years (depending on how much you drive it).
I replaced the 360 with a 430 with a stick, and that car was a HUGE improvement over the 360. As much as I loved the 360, the 430 had a much better feeling firing out of corners, and the 360 felt a little unwieldy in the tighter stuff, whereas the 430 felt just great. The difference was very substantial, to this day the 430 was one of the best driving cars I ever owned, and balanced great for street driving (just fast enough to be fun, not so fast you can't actually use it).
Another bonus of the 430 is chain drive - no more belt service. I seem to recall Ferrari touted the running costs of the 430 would be less than the 360, but that wasn't true for me.
Fantastic car, the last of the mid engine Ferrari V8s with a stick, if they made a Scud with a stick I'd lose my mind.
Then again, you could go the other way - 355 with a stick is lovely, if not at the same performance levels you 'd expect from the newer cars. However, what a sound. And great vibe.
