75K for 2003 360's?

those service prices are really fair imo given the peace of mind offered since the mechanics and technicians are supposedly all certified, and the facility itself must be a treat to go to and hang around to learn about your car. to me, this is part of the experience of owning such cars and has to be factored in
the 30k service kit from ricambi goes for $1,400 and Daniel over there is very generous with discounts once you start dealing with him. his kit includes more stuff than you would REALLY need, including gaskets and seals that in all honesty would not serve any purpose if they are not leaking already personally and so far me and this shop have agreed on $1,450 for labour to do the timing belts service as well as the clutch installation and configuration with all the rest of bits. i think that is fair for what i want although the place is not a 'facility' by any means
as i explained in my post above the parts can get ridiculously priced, even for wear/tear items and you really will need to shop and ask around before purchasing anything. good news is that the 360 is THE car that literally took ferrari to the next level in terms of street usage and i would bet sale numbers as well, so parts should be in abundance for that, ricambi is just pure bliss and Daniel Pass is such a gentleman and awesome guy you really sense he cares and wants to help out as much as he is a truly great businessman. i have had many encounters with him and he has always come through for me.
eurospares is also a cool site which sometimes offers items at lower prices. and there's prosport ferrari from the UK who can source used parts for things that you won't need bnib items for.
i suggest you also check out clubscuderia forums. i sincerely apologize if i'm breaking or bending any rules with these referrals, sorry! but i wish i can help stuka to any degree i can
point being, if you can make sense out of the 360's major parts and what you know you WILL need as time goes on then really you are going to love the experience of owning one
if you can source an independent who can hook the car up to an SD - sistema diagnosa (sp?) in italian - then you can get pretty much all the readings and parameters you want
for a ppi, i would suggest you be present and since you guys in the states pay mad money for those ppis i would put in the extra to pull out the rear bumper and take a really good look at the hosing and piping and wiring.. this is to me more important than many things on a ppi
good luck and please keep us posted!
