looks like theyre both pretty stupid... if youre the cabbie and the guy assaults you like that, dont follow the guy back to his car and keep talking to him, lol, just call the cops and report the assault.


IME, most cabbies drive like complete assholes, and i wouldnt be surprised if the accident was his fault.....but the ferrari drive smacks him first, i watched the vid closely a few times, the cabbie was only talking to him, hands at his side, no threatening gesture or movement, and the ferrari guy just smacks him like a bitch, lol. easy video proof for an assault charge.
