NO it's not staged it's quit common here in the states as well to have 10-20 houses in one area that have cars worth 6 times the house they are parked in front of. I'm sure there is a Porsche town there as well. It's also against the law in some areas here to have anything but one type of car. Don't you dare move into Maserati town with a Fiat. Realtors won't even show you home without the right car.
