SCUD Exhaust VERY QUIET ??

The diameter of the OEM SCUD cats is 250mm, I guess these are 400 Cel but just looking at these can it really be simply a mathematical calc that 250/400 is a flow parameter of 0.625 and Fabspeed 120/200 = 0.6 as the dynamics of the actual flow maybe different ?
