Does anyone have the diffences in dimensions for the SCUD seats Large vs Medium please ?

Just take the large... you can always pad-it-up if you feel the seat is a little big on the track.
For day to day and around the town driving the large will feel better regardless of your size, unless your 120kg or more

Wait, are you looking to retro fit seats in a Scude??

Large is good for a regular sized butt. I wouldn't get a medium seat.
