Scuderia dual stage exhaust system in action
Hey folks, I've been meaning to make a post about something I had done to my Scuderia shortly after I took delivery. I keep procrastinating getting a video done but I had a chance to make a brief video. Call it a "preview" if you will mainly because the car was cold so I couldn't really step on it. I'll make another video this week hopefully.
Basically how it works is that the stock Scuderia exhaust has a valve setup that keeps things "quiet" at idle up to about 6000 rpms. Once you go past that, an electronic valve opens up and things sound ridiculously good. If you've ridden in one or driven one then you'd know what I'm talking about. Well, my local dealership figured out a way to use a "switch" to keep that valve open from idle all the way up throughout the engine range.
Without further ado, here's the video

It was just a blank spot. I believe that switch came from the 360 or at least that's what my dealership told me. I don't know how involved this change is. They did the change and as far as I know, they're the only ones that have performed this mod.
