Why does he drift every car he tests these days?
He is my go-to for reviews. But, I cannot understand the drifting. I feel like you can drift in any car. In my opinion, the best cars should handle like true race cars; hugging the turns and executing with absolute precision. With his new style of driving I dont feel like I get an authentic preception of how the car can perform.
Or am I wrong... is this just how these cars behave nowadays?

Anyway, the review was excellent. Sometimes, Clarkson comes across a bit unprofessional when he refers to "torques" and claims not being able to understand technicalities of cars. But he has been an automotive journalist for the last 25 years, he has driven every relevant car in the last three decades, and he knows more about cars than 95% of people on here (no offense). If it was his job to produce videos for magazines like Chris Harris, he would be brilliant at it. However, he does mass television at the moment, so he tries to make car reviews entertaining for everyone. Sometimes, in his best clips like this one on the 458, his skill shows through.
\Clarkson praise off.....
No, seriously. Clarkson may be a questionable personality, but he's the best at what he does.
