It's newer
It looks better IMO
It's not a Ferrari (i like the wild nature of Lambo's)
It doesn't require servicing as much and it's cheaper to service.
It has lifting gear (if equipped with the option)
It's AWD for shitty London weather.
The negative is that a good one is about 15% more than a 360CS.

It's newer - and a lot more tame, in the CS you even hear every pebble under you.
It looks better IMO - Can't agree even though I love the SL and it's styling

To be honest i prefer the SL:
