Giallo Ferrari 16M Correction
Just completed Scuderia 16M, brought in Mark Zamzow to help me with this one and the black 16M done last week.

After thorough wash/clay process the car was dried completly

Following pics will show that even "New" cars will require quite a bit of paint correction(1,100 miles on the odometer)

Deep machine induced holograms near the air intake

More marring

Deep scratches on the decklid required sanding to level them

After compounding

After intermediate polishing

Sanded the hood on the livery stripe

After compounding on the stripe only

More scratches near the turn signal indicator

Removed

Trick I picked up from Dave @ Street Dreams detail in New Jersey(back light the panel with over head lighting off to emphasize the paint defects)

Sand scratches on the rear carbon grill

After compounding

Close up pic of the grill showing all the sand scratches removed

During the fine polishing stage(jewelling)checking the finish with LED tactical light to see the finish is where it needs to be

No correction display shot, just thought this angle looked good

On EVERY Ferrari I have done..... there is left over wax or compound on the raised letters of the third brake light

Taking a fine boars hair brush and handling this issue

Giallo 16M Correction Cont........
Matte finish wheels cleaned, and tires stripped for proper dressing application

Working on the carbon diffuser

Laying down on the job............

Polishing the carbon doors= tightness(love this part of the car!!!)

Had Rob @ The paddock in Danville make me a custom frame for this client, frame turned out great and is worthy of this car

This interior is different than all the other Scuderia"s I have worked on as they had entire interiors finished with Alcantara and this was sporting leather

All ready to go

Out going with incoming Rosso Corso, which will be completed at the end of this week and will have a write up as well.
