When is the 458 Spider ready to buy?
I am planning to buy 458 Italia about a year later. But I am a huge fan of spider... When is the 458 Italia Spider going to showrooms?? Any Ideas? Thanks..

Depends on where you are. There are already cars in Europe in customer hands (we've been sent info on one guy wanting €100k premium on his black 458), but in the States you're probably looking at 3rd quarter.

Spider version of 458 Italia is expected to be launched early 2011.

^^^D55L, i thought ferrari's strategy was to put a 2 yr gap b/w berlinetta and spider versions because they wanted more time for the California to establish itself

Latest rumors are that it will come to Geneva auto show in 2011, it was also partly confirmed by Felisa himself in recent interview.

Also expect HGTS package for California to be unveiled in 2011. Possible to fit to the existing cars also, much like HGTE package for 599 GTB.
