If you want GT than DBS is a rather good choice, but the better chioce is 599 GTB. I am ready to bet that if you got bored with the brilliant Scuderia, you will get bored with any AM even faster and will miss the days when you owned the Scud.
If want to have some other experience my advice would be to go with LP670-4 SV or to wait until new SuperG will show up, but I can not be objective here while being Lambo fan. But if you want some great Aston experience that V12 Vantage is the way to go imo. It will be slow after the Scud, but at least fun to drive and to enjoy.
But to continue enjoying Scud is probably the best way to go

Perfectly put and I am still voting the DBS. The argument would be the color choices. The 599 doessss bring a good fight but doesn't win...

Test drove the DBS last night (found out a friend of mine just picked one up couple weeks ago), first of all, it is a beautiful car, the fit and finish is far more superior than my scud. I didn't want to push it too hard since it's not my car. The power delivery was very smooth but I didn't feel very connected to the road, the car felt a bit heavy and definitely not as responsive as the scud. Overall it's a great car, it's a civilized gentleman's sports car. I would compare the driving experience very similar to the 599. It'd make a great DD but for spirited weekend drives...I still prefer my uncivilized and all out crazy scud missle!
Thanks guys for all your feedback, one thing I've learned from all this is to appreciate even more what a special car the scud truly is.
