It seems that the black LP and the ZR1 were Texas registered cars. Either someone's trying to avoid the Texas summer in Cali or they've found its much cheaper to register outside of California.

Yes. It is an option. You can get the Scud with the standard Becker audio system, the iPhone unit or no radio at all.

Fourum member RufMD has the iPhone option in his 16M.
