Great writeup. Looking forward to a similar one on a 430 when you pick one up.

Barrister's 360--Dana

Really appreciate the buyers guide and follow up. Is it permitted to request the name of your Ferrari mechanic and would he work on my 360 spider?

Good summary

Thanks for preparing that report. I'm guessing you used the write up below as one of your sources, I'd be interested in reading the other reports if you can share them please?

I am also a 911 GT2 owner looking to buy my first Ferrari, most likely in Australia. I'm considering the 360 CS, but would prefer a manual gearbox though. Any thoughts on using the CS as a semi-daily runner? Too harsh? Too expensive to maintain?

Our local expert on teh CS is h20Skier. He owns one - as well as a Scud and an F430 Spyder. You may want to ask him.

I can PM you my other sources.

Thanks for reading!!

This is a great thread because it's informative, timely, and fun to read. The 360 Modena has matured gracefully. It's more aesthetically pleasing than a 430.

Saw a red/tan 360 spider in AZ a few weeks ago with modular wheels, shields, tan roll bar. BEAUTIFUL! A lot of car for the $$.

Thanks guys. This guide has appeared to help a lot of folks in their search for a solid used Ferrari.

That is very gratifying.

I will update it soon. It has been more than a year.

I have some more useful information.

The car still runs great and I am really enjoying it.

Still want an F430 though. Ha Ha!
