430 Carbon Front Splitter (Scuderia Style)

We just started making these carbon front splitters for the Ferrari 430.

This Piece takes minutes to install, and looks amazing.

Here is the link to our website with the carbon splitter: MAcarbon - Carbon Fiber For Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini - F430

Enjoy the pics.

What sort of process do you use for making these pieces? As an amateur composites enthusiast, I'm really interested in how stuff like this gets made. Do you use pre-preg or hand layups? Do you vacuum bag everything as well?

If you can't release that kind of information, I totally understand. I'm just curious.

This part is pressure molded and baked. We use a wet lay-up for all of our molded pieces...no pre-preg or vacuum bagging. Andre (our molded carbon guru) makes these amazing pieces and has a great eye for detail, which is why we have the cleanest looking carbon around.

Now some CF for those front air ducts would be awesome.
