The flames itself is worth the price of addition. I've never seen anything like that except in fighter jets!

Definitely a combo of both, why I mentioned my setup.. I know for a fact mine ran a bit rich, cause of the soot build up on my tips and rear bumper, turbos were perfectly fine and AFR's!
