Most Awesome Luxury & Supercars from CCA’s Summer Auction
If you’re looking to buy luxury or supercars for the price of a new family sedan, look no further than this August 3 CCA sale.
If you’re anything like us, you probably “waste” (as our spouses like to say) a lot of time looking at various luxury and supercars for sale across the web. But to us, this is a truly worthwhile time waster, thank you very much. And while perusing Classic Car Auctions’ upcoming August 3 sale, we found a bunch of great candidates that could easily expand our garage. So check out our favorite luxury and supercars below, and head over here to scope out all the available lots up for grabs.
1997 Rolls Royce Silver Dawn
Any new Rolls Royce will set you back hundreds of thousands, but this gorgeous ’97 Silver Dawn is available for pennies on the dollar. For the cost of some used Kia, you can score this supremely luxurious machine. And hey, it’s just one of 87 built in right-hand drive configuration for the U.K., too. The way we look at it, this thing is so cheap that even if it blows up in a year or two, we’ll have gotten our money’s worth, regardless.
1995 Aston Martin DB7 I6
Our bang for the buck theme continues with this gorgeous Aston, which carries an auction estimate of just $20-$25k. And the value just increases exponentially when you consider how much money the previous owner has spent on the car. The DB7 has been upgraded for club sport racing with a removable roll cage and racing seats, along with a full mechanical refresh. The cost for all of that? How about $24k, and the car might even sell for less than that!
1992 Alfa Romeo SZ Zagato
For those looking for something a little different, how about this ultra-rare Alfa? One of less than 1,000 produced, this stellar example was imported from Germany and has lived with just two owners over the years. Hand-built by famed coachbuilder Zagato, it’s also a fine collectible guaranteed to be the only one in your neighborhood. Or, more likely, your entire city and/or state.
2003 Bentley Arnage ‘T’
Speaking of fine luxury cars with heavily discounted prices, how about this fine Bentley? With just 45k miles on the clock, this Arnage T has plenty of life left in it. And it looks every bit as good today as it did when new. For the auction estimate of $29-$35k, you’d be hard pressed to find this much luxury and performance in anything for that kind of cash outlay.
1987 BMW 325i E30 Sport M-Tech 1
The E30 is a legend at this point, and you won’t find many nicer original examples than this. With just 47k miles on the clock, this classic Beemer looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. And that’s more than good enough to justify the reasonable auction estimate of $27-$32k.
