See the World’s Greatest Cars at Lingenfelter’s ‘Spring Open House’
On April 28, the Michigan showroom hosts a special charity event featuring plenty of exotic Ferraris, Shelbys and Lambos.
Michigan’s famous Lingenfelter Collection is set to host a very special “Spring Open House” on April 28 that will allow the public an unprecedented, up-close look at some of the most spectacular cars in the world, from exotic gems (Alfa Romeo 4C, Lamborghini Reventon) to high-performance rides (Lingenfelter Supercharged Chevrolet Camaro SS, 2014 Supercharged Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray) to the downright sexy and badass (2015 GMC Sierra Black Widow). And the best part? The Lingenfelter Collection reports that 100% of proceeds raised at the open house will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Standouts in the Lingenfelter Collection’s spectacular display of over 150 vehicles include plenty of Ferraris, naturally. Among the impressive roster of rides is a 2012 Ferrari FF, a 1985 288 GTO, which was the fastest street Ferrari of its era ; a 2011 559 GTO; 2003 Enzo (pictured right), originally sold to Ralph Lauren; an F40 that is #3 of 213 F40s in the U.S.; and the first mild hybrid from Ferrari, a Laferrari (pictured above), designed by Flavio Manzoni and one of only 499 produced.
In addition to door prizes and food and refreshments, there are several activities scheduled throughout the massive showroom, too. Ken Lingenfelter will be signing copies of the event’s limited-edition poster. There will be a detail clinic with Adam’s Polishes owner Adam Pitale. And quick-sketch artist Darrell Swift will create personal pieces for guests. Plus, get an up-close look at the 2017 Detroit Grand Prix Indycar.
The “Spring Open House” is taking place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 28. (Don’t miss the start up of the Enzo Ferrari at 3:15 p.m.!) Guests attending the event will be supporting the American Cancer Society by making a monetary donation at the door. The Lingenfelter Collection is located at 7819 Lochlin Dr. in Brighton.
