Lamborghini Aventador smashed

Lamborghini Aventador crashes into a bus in England. There were no injuries…except the trashed Lambo.

Getting into a car accident or even fender-bender sucks for any mere mortal. But when you smash your $350,000 Lamborghini Aventador supercar to bits, that’s truly a cringe-inducing level of misery.

In a recent accident in Nottingham, England, a driver drove his Lambo into a bus. Thankfully there were no injuries. In fact the driver got out of his car with barely a scratch. According to The Mirror the Lamborghini collided with a bus and resulted in the “scattering of shards of the expensive ‘supercar’ across a road.” Ouch.

The passenger side of the hard-to-miss bright green Lamborghini bore the brunt of the damage (remember this is England, so that’s the driver’s side here in the states). The back end of the Aventador was torn off, wheels were damaged, and there was significant body damage as well as a smashed the wing mirror. In addition to the damage, the accident also caused major traffic delays in the area. Surely a lot of rubbernecking occurred after seeing this gorgeous car reduced to rubble.

We don’t think this is going to buff right out. We’re hoping this driver has really, really good insurance.
