Bugatti Chiron: Exclusive Feature Drive

No car in the world has ever had a tougher act to follow.

Celebrity: according to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, it indicates the state of being celebrated. For the Bugatti Chiron, there’s no argument there. But Bugatti’s stranglehold on the hypercar market has come under siege by the likes of Porsche’s 918, Ferrari’s La Ferrari, and McLaren’s P1. Out of those cars, there’s still something about the Bugatti that’s different. While it’s similar to its predecessor in engine configuration and drivetrain layout, the additional horsepower proves it’s not a half-hearted update. That doesn’t just apply to the engine; the exterior and interior are thoroughly new too. The improved aerodynamics also help take the Chiron to a top speed of 261 miles per hour. That’s limited because that’s all the tires can take at that speed.

Even more impressive is that it can sustain that speed for all of seven minutes before you run out of gas. And people complain about the range of EV cars.
