Dinan Adds Mercedes to Assortment of Brands it Tunes
Increase an AMG’s horsepower by 76 with a simple tune? Sign us up!
Need some more grunt for your road-going blunderbuss? Well, a tuner best known for BMW performance has recently added tech support for Mercedes-Benz. Dinan’s new Elite Tuner is available for the new C43 and C63, but also for most of the C-class range as well.

The news you really want to hear lies in the numbers, so here they are:
For the C63 and C63 S, horsepower increases from 533 stock to a total of 609. Torque jumps up 92 lb-ft from 572 to 664.
The C400, C450, and C43 also become more formidable. Specifically, the C43 moves up from 415 horsepower to 466. Torque changes from 387 to 442 lb-ft.
Are you the DIY type? Then this kit is great for you. Dinan claims the tuner module can easily be added at home. But if you want, an authorized Dinan installer can perform the work for you instead. And there won’t be any woes when taking your car in for service either. Dinan matches the factory warranty to ease any worries. It promises that no warranty by the manufacturer will be voided by adding their product to your Mercedes.
So how much does all this performance cost? Let’s just say the power-per-dollar ratio is good on this one. MSRP starts at $1,399. You know what that means? That means we’re looking forward to seeing your dyno, drag strip and highway pull videos.
