Attention People of Europe: Don’t Let a Tesla Model X Chop Off Your Cucumber!
Yes, you read that right. If you live in Europe, and own, drive, ride, or even rent a Tesla Model X, don’t place your cucumber, wiener, banana, or any other soft, finger-like items in the door jambs. You’ll quickly regret it!
Tesla makes some incredibly smart vehicles. The Model S isn’t merely good-looking, it’s also very smart and can drive itself. The same goes for the odd-looking Model X, but it seems like the whacky falcon doors repeatedly ruin its otherwise decent reputation.
The Bjorn Nyland video below brings us a silly, but kind-of-crazy experiment that shows us just how much damage the Model X’s doors can cause to food, let alone an adult, or even worse, a minor. Given the vehicle’s primary use as a family car, this video shows us how dangerous having your fingers in the wrong place at the wrong time can be, especially if the door is capable of chopping off a carrot and a cucumber, which most would agree have the same mass-resistance as a human finger.
Watch how these guys place different items on different areas of the door jambs, and experiment with the safest and the most dangerous spots for hand placement. Yikes!
