Sorry for the offtopic, but any insight on this? What has been changed to this car?

Also, what wheels are those? Great pics, thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I've heard lots of good things about Intrax, not cheap though..

Does the car still behave acceptably on the road with that much front camber? I assume it's tramlining quite a bit? The wheels make a great addition too, I would've never thought of Champion Motorsport in a search for lighter wheels.

It's not too bad on the road to be honest, but in fairness, I only ever drive it to and from
the track.
The suspension is fully adjustable though, so you can easily make it softer with a few clicks on the adjusters.

Good writeup.

Of course the .2RS is not 40K better than the .1RS. They both cost the same MRSP when new. Just because the first gen has depreciated doesn't mean the new one has to be so much better as to make up for the money lost with time.

A fair comparison is if both cost the same money, which one will you buy?

This is exactly why I will be selling my RS on as its not worth £45k more than my GT3...

To be honest if i was a mk1 owner i would probably be in the same position. buying new in to the brand it was a close call for me. If i never managed to secure such an early slot last september id be driving a black mk1 rs today. In 3yrs time when the new one comes out it is going to have to be a alot better to make me change. with the introduction of cars like the 458, super leggy and the macca there are going to be good second hand cars around the £100-150k mark and im sure ill feel like a change anyway. As it stands i cant wait to pick the new one up on Sat!

The new GT3 RS is just fantastic. Maybe it s not 40k better but it looks just faboulus.

woppum have you sold the CSL? Or do you plan on keeping such icon next to the RS.
