That deal looks pretty sweet. The price is in the range that I have been seeing and the condition seems nice.

I have two Rolex Submariners - blue and black face - and love them both. But I have always considered them my "entry level" watches. They were the two first really nice watches that I purchased. Since then, I have discovered other makers like Patek, Cartier, Jager, Chopard, etc. that I like a lot more than Rolex. Every collection should have a nice Rolex in it and the Sub is a fine all-around watch to start out with. But there are so many other options.

Do you have anything else in mind? Here is a link to my collection.

If you have any questions about any of my watches feel free to ask! I am about to pull the trigger on a new acquisition as well. Stay tuned!

Why does it look like two different watches that have the same serial # on them? Are they used? Why is the wax/string thingy not attached?
