Thoughts on trading my Panerai?

I have been offered a Omega Planet Ocean XL w/ orange numerals (45.5mm) and a Glashutte Originale Senator Navigator (44mm) for it.

Thoughts?

Both in exchange for the PAM? If so, I wouldn't even think twice.

On their own, both pieces have more character than the PAM, imo.

I say do it. Obviously a bit biased since I have the PO XL, but the GO is a sweet piece too. Especially since you don't love your PAM, this is an easy way to get two nice pieces.

The PO always kind of bored me. It's a very pretty divers watch though.

The Senator Navigator though...I got to try on the Panodate once, and it was fantastic. I'd go for it...those Glaschutte Originals are simply droolworthy.

@Christian: A 243 Submersible.

Yes, the PO is a nice diver, and I love the bracelet. The GO is a gorgeous piece as well, and looks very similar to my Lum-Tec Super Combat.

I'm going to make the trade. Just wanted some of the other watchophiles to post their opinions.

Glashütte.

Or burn the PAM with fire.

I would even do it if the Omega was not involved. I sold my PAM 312 and have not missed at all.

Don't know enough about watches to comment on whether it's a good trade financially, but purely from an aesthetic standpoint, that Glashutte alone is an infinitely more attractive timepiece than the PAM.
