Please welcome B.R.M - Bernard Richards Manufacture to Teamspeed
Since its early beginnings, Bernard Richards Manufacature has drawn its main inspiration from the world of high performance motorsports. Born out of passion and bold engineering, all BRM watches pay tribute to the spirit of racing and grand touring with an unmatched commitment to cutting edge technology. Today more than ever, BRM keeps on designing and crafing some of the most exciting and unique timepieces up to date.
It all started ten years ago with a simple idea: while many watch manufacturers have released racing inspired watches in the past, none had ever really embraced the true spirit of motorpsorts. The first BRM took no less than two years to create. In 2003, the GP 44 was born, followed in 2006 by the incredible Birotor, featuring the first French-made movement in decades and an automatic mechanism endowed with a differential, much like in an automotive final drive unit. In 2007, BRM released what was to become perhaps its most popular watch ever, the R50-TN, sporting a movement shaped like an engine with the cylinder on the left. More recently, Bernard Richards Manufacture reached the pinnacle of timekeeping with the stunning Tourbillon wristwatch, an absolute tour de force in engineering.
With such a commitment to the core principles of motorsports, it was only natural that BRM would get heavily involved in the world of racing through prestigious partnerships. Racing drivers were the first to adopt the brand and its outstanding timepieces. Ever since it created a special watch for French Le Mans winner Henri Pescarolo, BRM has designed fabulous and exclusive limited editions for racing aces such as Simona de Silvestro (Indy 500 2010 Rookie of the Year) or Simon Pagenaud (2010 ALMS champion and official Peugeot Le Mans driver). From open wheel racing to prototypes, endurance and GT cars, BRM has been involved in every level of motor racing through the Peugeot Le Mans racing team, the Highcroft ALMS team or the Ferrari Club Racing Association, to name just a few. To celebrate its new partnership with Gulf, BRM also just released astounding limited editions of its R50, V6 and V12 models featuring the classic blue and orange racing livery of the iconic brand.
Creating a BRM watch is like building a race car: all major operations - fitting, assembling, setting and polishing - are performed by hand. Only the most noble materials are involved in the process in order to achieve maximum accuracy and absolute performance. No wonder true motorports enthusiasts around the world have made BRM their favorite and exclusive timekeeper.
It's with great pleasure that we add such a passionate watchmaker to the on-going incredible collection of partners here on Teamspeed, so if you could, please help us make them feel right at home. Thank you Frederic and Stuart for your support.

Are a lifetime supply of custom avatars and a fancy title a fair price for an R-50?
