It looks like they tend to pick up manufacture overstock or older stock, but they have a few pieces that I've been looking for.

Does anyone have experience buying / returning with them?

Also, is there any concer with picking up a piece that's 3 or so years old (brand new) that hasn't been worn. Is it going to need service given the lubrication hasn't been distributed (automatics)?

 

I bought some high thread count sheets from them a number of years ago. They shipped very quickly but on one set the color wasn't what I thought it was, it was a pain to return them, but that was a long time ago, it might be easier today.

I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Overstock.com, unless Ashford has changed their business model.

 

It is, picked it up over the summer, but haven't posted here about it, mostly 6sp and RL.
