Also, the duc + view + what looks like minimalist style in the apt gets the thumbs up from me. Although I hope those windows block the sound, looks like the freeway is right outside.

slacker: thank you! The windows are double pane and it's as quiet as a mouse. I just recently moved to the beach so it's been a welcome change.
