Audemar Piguet Price Increase?
#3
i read it will be a 10% increase next month (september 2011)
the boutiques (and i mean authorized dealers) are also becoming stricter with their international pricing, but this is what the local AD tells me and i believe them given how i see the market even online + in the Gulf
if the 17.7k is still on the table, jump on it bro
you are NOT getting a bad deal, even if you MIGHT be paying a bit over what you would for a used/mint condition one
MM, what are they letting go the ROOs for those days locally? 6,500KD? ($23.8)

I heard they are increasing prices making the brand less easy to get in to(regardless of the currency rate).
I bought my AP ROO (RubberClad with White Dial) (now Discontinued) for 16,500 roughly around 4,500 Kuwaiti Dinnars and that is the lowest I've seen or going for a BNIB AD purchase locally as I purchased it at Fall 2009(better economic climate for negotiation).
Right now for that same price you can only get a SS Royal Oak Automatic (non Chrono).
The Royal Oak Offshores have all risen in prices here, $31,000 prior to discount new 44MM ROO and 42MM Specials like the Safari, Volcano and the likes of the AP Diver etc.
