WOW…
So they still want to make 25-35% off you after their 30% discount…. Sad

Take it up with Geneva, oh and start digging up some pix of the piece because you will be surprised at what might be replaced…
Panerai were so very nice to a friend of mine and replaced his dial and a few other pieces when he sent his watch for service, guess what… the dial was probably worth more than some of their new pieces. He had to fight a long fight to get it back

If it was "just" a Breitling off the chain like the standard Navitimer or similar it would suck hard and piss one off...
but your edition?
WTF? I mean...what on earth are they thinking? That you just walk up to the IAF and say Haiguise, gimme your watch - please ??

Too bad to hear about Panerai, I sent my 194 back twice for bezel problems, other than the time it took they were great.
My Omega has been back to repair the chrono, other than the expense they were good too.

Really hope Breitling steps up for you

WOW!! Is that not an ETA 7750 movement? I have 100+ of those sitting at our shop... Makes no sense unless its not a movement issue and needs a certain part but why would they not send back the watch? My guess is something bad happened.... I would raise some hell and get it back asap! If not its basically theft. If they tossed the watch or no longer have it make them pay the value. This is really crazy.... I am so sorry to hear about things like this

Just a follow up, upon my "request" they did send it back in a pretty cool fabric case. Never did get the catalog I asked for. Guess they don't want to sell me a new one. And I am still going to try and find the quartz movement.
