what would you suggest if i wanted to buy something not too fancy for around $4k that i can use as a daily watch? since you guys have so much experience spoiling your wives!!!!

I would run with that Alex but put a spin on it. I have a buddy who's wife wears a stainless mens Date, which is slightly smaller than the mens DateJust. Liked it so much I bought one for my Ex. Very cool and within the alloted price range. Give some thought Bo!
