love the watch just not liking the combat strap

Absolutely! Any 22mm strap can be fitted. We are also making molded rubber straps as well as a fitted 7 link style bracelet that will be available soon.

Thank you! Sometimes things happen when i am not around that are beyond my control. I can't take it back but at least i can make sure it never happens again! I will be personally answering our phones whenever i am available.

Whoa -- hey guys let's not sully this product announcement thread please. I took my complaint to Ray and he handled it both personally and immediately. He is a stand up guy who values his customer relationships and as you can see, went well beyond my expectations to make things up to Mrs. Gobbles. I am very satisfied with how it has been handled and I continue to recommend LumTec as a reputable company that stands behind their product.

Ray -- The TS special edition looks great! I'm sure you guys will have no problem selling all 20 pieces in short order.
