Will I be able to find any other watches for that price range that have a face about 50-55mm in diameter? That was about the size of my Raymond Weil. My Breitling is 45mm and it looks very small on my wrist, so I'm looking at something bigger that will hopefully "fill out" my wrist like my stolen watch did.

Woah, that's another ballgame. 50-55 is grotesquely large, unless of course, you have very large wrists. I can't make any recommendation in that size other than the likes of Tsovet or Nixon (51-30), and that's only if you must.

That's what I thought too! I'll have to "remeasure" my wrist hahaha. I'll try and take a picture of what my 45mm looks like on my wrist tomorrow when I've gotten some sleep

I'm starting to convince myself that I'm measuring wrong haha

EDIT: I have been measuring wrong -_- Let's change this to I'm looking for around a 40-45mm face
My current watch is only about 25mm -_-

Not sure if it's big enough though.

Now that's far more reasonable, and 25mm is very small for a mans watch

In that case I stick to my original recommendation of Seiko. They get a lot of respect within the watch community for being a true manufacturer. They have some great JDM pieces as well that are very easy on the wallet. The SKX007/009 is a modern classic though, very robust. The Prometheus Recon5 is another cool watch for the money ($250) if you like the Big Pilot look.

Any particular style you're going for?

I've been wearing a Seiko Ti since 2002 or so as my work watch. Bulletproof, keeps good time and not so spendy that you care if it gets destroyed. (Which I've been unable to do anyway) I second or third that recommendation for a student watch.

Yeah, I know haha. Now I think you all understand why I want a larger face :P

I'm tempted to think it's a woman's watch, but I'm pretty sure my father knew what he was buying

Anyways, I found this which is sorta what I'm looking for

Mens Seiko SNAB65 Alarm Chronograph Leather Band Watch - eBay (item 330502430380 end time Dec-29-10 14:14:03 PST)
