Are Panerai Warranties Transferable ?
If one were to buy a used Pam from an individual and the watch is still under warranty is that warranty transferable to the new owner?

SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
The warranty is for the watch, not the person. As long as the watch is accompanied by a dated warranty card from an AD, you should be good to go.
