Buffing up a Tiffany watch?

I sent my fancy Tiffany watch through the wash some time back...THIS IS WHY YOU CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!!!

How can I buff it up? The case has some scratches on it. Frankly I would rather just sell it since I NEVER wear it.

I have a Dremel tool with a lil' 1/2" wheel I use with some white rouge compound. Works great. Take it to a jewelry store, they can do it in 5 minutes.

as above: jewelry store if you're not handy, felt wheel on a dremel, rouge if you have it or mother's polish with also do in a pinch. Don't forget to tape the crystal.

I keep coming back to this thread. the hands on that thing are GORGEOUS! dial doesn't do a thing for me but those hands, damn. really nice case too.
