Can someone explain to me why the Nautilus 5711 in steel is so damn expensivo?

Can someone explain to me why the Nautilus 5711 in steel is so damn expensivo?
See this list for reference, it's right up there with the same price as the RG and WG pieces...

Its around 16,000 usd over here, I'd prefer the Rose gold looks better in person.
