How do you store your watch collection?

Here's a good one..

How do you guys with multiple watches store them?

I have about 12 watches and keep each in an individual leather pouch and keep them in a safe. I do rotate their use fairly well but def do not keep them all wound and set at any one time. There are just too many for that.

I am looking for a nice way to have them all together and be able to choose which I will wear at any given time.

Perhaps I need a watch winder for a couple and rotate them that way?

I;ve seen nice compartmental storage trays but am just starting to investigate this.

Any suggestions appreciated and I would love to see pics of how anyone here might handle the same situation.

For the 6 I use most often, I recently bought an Orbita 6-watch winder.

Pricey, but worth it. Check out their site: http://www.orbita.net/pages/10000.htm.

For the others I have a 36-watch Torneau storage box with lock.

Holy %^&%$..

WHy why do I keep posting on this site?

$5K for safe/winder for 6 watches..

LOL..

I see they make entire rooms for watch collectors...it never ends..do you still have that Casio? I am very interested.

I think the Rolex's don't need to be wound...lol..I probably only need a winder for this Breguet!

Ha Ha!!

Orbita is the Cadillac of winders. There are less expensive options.

But all winders are pricey. They are kind of like buying a new watch.

My wife got me the watch winder for my birthday.

The Illuminator is still available for a picture of Bonita.

I bet Stryke has an inside guy who can get Orbita stuff - or equivalent - for cheap.

Orbita rocks. I needed a watch winder a few years back and figured I'd buy a cheap one and get a better one later. Still using this 3 years later and works great!
