Dressy watch, 20k budget, suggestions needed

A friend is looking for a dressy watch and I'd like your suggestions on how to spend 20k on something nice. I am thinking either Breguet, VC, or AP, but i'd like to hear your opinions. Thanks.

Dressy, I'd look at some of the new stuff from VC. AP would be my top choice, but I like the Offshores which most people would consider sporty.

I gotta tell you, I have and have had many watches but get more compliments on this PAM288 I wear with a suit more then any other. Got it from Gil as well and it is a lot less then 20k

IMO sport watches work just fine with suits. Especially since larger watches are more popular now. Most of the dressy watches look funny on my wrist.

You can get some pretty amazing IWC pieces for close to $10k and they are some of my favorite.

Ara, i really like the new VC stuff, but the watches I would suggest my friend purchase are likely well over 20k. As for AP, I'm not a fan of the Offshore to be honest. It's a beautiful watch, but not worth the coin in my opinion.

I am also looking at JLC Perpetuals...

Thank you for your reply, but I'd never recommend him purchase a Panerai.
